Trip Update

I just wanted to thank those of you who were praying for my trip over to Italy. There were 36 in total on the tour and we had a terrific time. We visited the likes of Rome, Venice, Milan, Bologna, Pisa, Florence and a few other places. It’s remarkable to think just how much of the New Testament was put together in and around Rome.

The Bible claims that Jesus came to this Earth. He was God in the flesh. He lived the perfect life, He became sin. He took all our sin upon Himself. He was murdered. He gave His life away. He allowed them to kill Him on a cross. He shed His blood as a sacrifice for our sins. He was buried in a tomb and three days later, God raised Him from the dead.

Fast Fact »

The earliest copies we have of portions of the New Testament are found on papyrus. In ancient times, scribes would write on strips of plant stokes or reeds that were glued together - this would form papyrus. This is where we get our word 'paper'.
