The acronym MAPS is used throughout this material in order that you as the reader can remember more easily the type of evidence available for the Bible and the Christian Faith. The acronym was first put forth by Hank Henegraaf (http://www.equip.org/free/DB011.pdf) of the Christian Research Institute (CRI), although he defines the letters a little differently.

As well, the information is presented for the most part in a concise, straight-to-the-point format. This follows the style utilized by Josh MacDowell in his Evidence That Demands a Verdict series. This is designed to help you maneuver through the evidence with greater ease.
