Degeneration: Mankind, Turtles, Crocodiles, and Horses
The conjecture is that Neanderthal is nothing more than 2nd and 3rd generation Post Flood Man - their presence in the fossil record and the evidence surrounding them seems to confirm that man is not evolving over time, but is actually degenerating over time! As time went on, the life span of mankind declined.
They may have been able to lift twice as much as could modern man possessing stronger hips, pelvises, and ribs.
They retained their baby teeth later evidencing a slower maturation process (note: apes age twice as quickly as does modern man and live half as long)
They possessed taurodont molars that may have had self-repairing enamel (in other words, their teeth lasted longer)

Degeneration and deterioration are also evidenced elsewhere in nature:
- Turtles - As you go through the fossil record, it would appear that turtles have lost teeth over time.
- Crocodiles - Ancient crocodiles (called crocodylomorphs) were able to survive as herbivores; today's version must have meat to survive.
- Horses - The hoof/toe construction of horses has become more brittle over time:
- Oligocene - 3 bones for support per leg
- Miocene - 2 bones become brittle
- Pliocene - Only 1 of 3 bones touch ground
- Pleistocene - Fragile hoof of today's horse
